Book Club: (January 2008)

Le Salon du Mieux Etre is proud to be offering you a New Book Club called “Resourcement” starting this winter. the group will meet once a month and discuss what we have explored through the books but also throughout films.

The types of book & Films the Book Club will be exploring will be the many different aspect of  the well being. All the themes chosen will address, inner peace, how to free ourselves from our limitations, self acceptation, perception. To name but a few themes.
