Essential Oils Here are some essential oils and the descriptions of what they can do for you! (It is important to contact your physician or naturopath before using these oils. they could cause side effects).
Lavender: It is used to help you unwind, and will sooth skin irritations. It is also used to relieve panic attacks or anxiety attacks.
Clementine: This oil is well recognized for its soothing effects. (Note: you shouldn't expose yourself to the sun if you used this oil on your skin, because you will be more susceptible to sun burn). It is also called: Citrus deliciosa.
Geranium (rose): To be used if you have dry and irritated skin. This oil will sooth and moisturizes your skin. It is also called: Pelargonium graveolens.
Tea tree: This one is great for many skin care needs . It is also called Melaleuca alternifolia.
Vanilla: Soothing and relaxation is what you will get by using this oil. Also known as: Vanilla planifolia.
Terebenthine: To be used if you have a cold, your stuffed up or you're lungs are full of secretion. It is also known as Pinus pinaster.
Genevrier: Soothes sore muscles. To be used if you suffer from muscular problems. It is also known as Juniperus communis.
Thyme or Thymus: It not only sooth but also gets rid of infection, such as gum and bronchial infections. It is also called Thymus vulgaris thymoliferum.
Eucalyptus: Clears out your sinus, and it is also great to use if you have a vaginal infection or a epidermal problem. It is also called Eucalyptus radiata.
Romarin : This oil is a stimulant. It is also used to protect your liver and your gall bladder from any infection or irritation. It is also called Rosmarinus officinalis.
Basil: This oil is great if you have digestion problem. It will not only soothe your stomach but also relax it and also is great to use if your the type of person that is nervous. It is also called Ocymum basilicum.
Cyprus: This oil is used to help and soothe veins and also "heavy legs" symptoms. It is also called Cupressus sempervirens.
Niaouli : Great for any use to sothe lung infections or even for your bladder and digestive system. Also called Melaleuca viridiflora.
Ravensare : This oil is great to use if you're fighting off fatigue. If you have hot flashes it will help cool down your body. What about those worry bugs? well, this is a great oil for you too, because it sooths your mind. It is also called Ravensara aromatica.
Bitter orange little grain: Is known for its effect on people who suffer from stress, anxiety and nervousness. It's also a good oil to use to help your digestion. It is also called Citrus aurantium ssp bigaradia.
Marjolaine: Sooth your nervous system, it is great to use for preventing colds. It is also called Origanum majorana labiée
