Oh God you had pity on the Naïm’s widow,
You have cried near Lazare’s tomb
You understand today our pain and sorrow,
We understand that death isn’t an absence,
But another mode of presence, so we ask you
The will to continue to live,
With our loved one that has left the earth, so
that one-day we may find the joy once more to live in family in
heaven.
But if our faith and hope does sustain us,
It doesn’t make it any less painful in our
heart.
Come, oh Lord Jesus, console your children
Because, alone, you are our straight and
support.
Saint Mary, you who has suffered at the foot of
your son’s cross,
Give us your courage and show yourself as our
mother, by staying
Close to your children who are crying and
suffering.

And for us till the end of our
