What is Meditation?

Meditation has existed since the beginning of time. It is a wonderful tool that is available to everyone! All you really need to perform meditation is to set aside some time for yourself. The benefits of meditation are wonderfully positive such as : Becoming spirituality awaken, developing your intuitive self, raising your vibration in your energy field...etc.

 

There is many meditation technique available, and there is many reason why people meditate, but there only a few stages of meditation that exist and here are a few of them:

 

 

  • Concentrating on your breathing
  • Deep relaxation of the physical body
  • Intention
  • Letting go of the conscious part of one's self
  • Tapping into your subconscient
  • Connecting with your inner self
  • Reaching a meditative state  
  • Having a direct link with the Divine source
  • Contact with your spiritual guide
  • Etc……
