What is Meditation?
Meditation for relaxing and more Meditation has existed since the beginning of time. It is a wonderful tool that is available to everyone! All you really need to perform meditation is to set aside some time for yourself. The benefits of meditation are wonderfully positive such as : Becoming spirituality awaken, developing your intuitive self, raising your vibration in your energy field...etc.
